The residence offers 7 apartments measuring about 40 mē, equipped with balcony or terrace, lounge and kitchenette, dining area, sleeping quarters with two separate beds divided by a wardrobe, sofa-bed for one or two people, TV-SAT, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Distances: just 300 meters from the lake and the old town centre.
Pets: allowed, on payment (not permitted in public areas and at the swimming-pool).
